A skating visitor must purchase an entrance ticket and pay for the rental of skates at the box office according to the current price list. A visitor who has his own skates pays only the entrance ticket.

GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE ICE ARENA "DIAMOND ICE"

These general provisions are OBLIGATORY for strict implementation by ALL persons located on the territory of the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE”.

Before visiting the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE”, each visitor is obliged to familiarize himself with the possible consequences that may be caused by medical contraindications to ice training. If you have any doubts about your health, you must undergo a medical examination and only then start practicing on the ice.

MEDICAL CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR ICE RIDING:

hypertensive crises;
severe form of cardiovascular insufficiency;
severe asthma;
tachycardia;
thrombophlebitis;
frequent attacks of angina pectoris;
severe form of cancer;
diseases of the nervous system, mental disorders;
a severe form of diabetes mellitus and other diseases that can lead to poor health when using sports equipment.

By purchasing services for staying on the territory of the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE”, you confirm:

Your familiarization and agreement with this Safety Instruction when exercising at the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE” and accept the Rules for visiting it;
Absence of medical contraindications for sports;
Being of sound mind and reason, being able to be responsible for one's actions and be aware of their consequences for oneself and third parties;
Absence in the future of claims against DiaMant City CJSC in case of damage to health as a result of visiting the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE”.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. "DiaMant City" provides coverage and appearance services for the provision of sports equipment for the purchase, including equipment located on the territory of the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE", and in accordance with the Rules for coverage of services for classes with an instructor provided for individuals.

2. Payment is made per person. It is not allowed to divide the session time between several people.

3. These Rules determine the terms of the contract concluded with the visitor of the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE", and are a standard form that is not subject to change by agreement of the parties. The service agreement between the visitor and DiaMant City CJSC is an accession agreement and is concluded by the visitor joining the agreement as a whole.

4. An agreement between visitors and DiaMant City is concluded by purchasing an entrance ticket (check) by the visitor. Payment for the entrance ticket and subscriptions is made by customers exclusively at the reception of the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE".

5. The number and composition of the services provided, both basic and additional, (rental of equipment and (or) equipment, group or individual lessons with an instructor) are provided in accordance with the price list that sets prices for basic and additional services.

6. The visitor is obliged, at the first request of the representative of DiaMant City, to present a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus or another document containing information about the age of the visitor.

7. Persons under the age of 12 are allowed to visit the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE” upon presentation of the written consent of one of the parents and / or guardians, relatives responsible for the life and health of the child in the attached form or with the signature of an adult accompanying person in the Journal introductions at the reception desk.

8. Children under 12 years of age may be admitted to classes and/or exercises only with adults who are responsible for the actions of children, for their life and health during classes and/or exercises. Parents (guardians) themselves, relatives indicated in the written consent of the parents for the child to perform classes and / or exercises, or pedagogical workers responsible for the life and health of children by order of the institution that organized the children's trip, can act as adults accompanying children.

9. "DiaMant City" guarantees the safety of the services provided only if the visitor strictly and unconditionally complies with the Rules for visiting the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE", safety instructions, as well as instructions and requirements of the Administrator.

10. If there are no pockets for storing the key while visiting the Ice Arena, you must obtain a neck lanyard for keys from the Administrator.

11. After visiting the Ice Arena, the Visitor is obliged to hand over the key and neck lace from the locker to the Administrators. Penalty for loss or damage of a key or neck lace - 10.00 BYN.

12. A visitor who has allowed damage to the property of the institution is obliged to compensate for the damage in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as pay a Fine for damage: rental skates - 60.00 BYN, helmet - 20.00 BYN, protection - 5.00 BYN, skater's assistant - 290 00 BYN, side of the Ice Arena - 250.00 BYN, locker - 50.00 BYN, bench - 50.00 BYN.

13. Failure to familiarize yourself with these rules of conduct at the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE” does not release Visitors from liability as a result of violations of these rules.

6. Persons under the age of 12 may visit the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE", with the written consent of one of the parents to visit the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE" on the attached form.
7. It is not allowed to visit the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE” by persons who violate public order, are in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, under the influence of other potent or medicinal drugs, the use of which limits or reduces attention, vision, reaction, as well as the ability to control one’s actions and realize their consequences for themselves and others.

The administration of the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE”, as well as the instructor on duty, have the right to refuse to visit the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE” or remove from the premises of the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE” any person who violates public order, and also in respect of whom there is any reason to believe that the specified person is in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, or under the influence of drugs specified in clause 1.7. of these Rules.
9. When a person is removed from the premises of the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE” on the grounds provided for in clause 1.8. of these Rules, the money paid for the ticket will not be returned to the visitor.
10. On the territory of the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE” it is FORBIDDEN to drink alcohol, use drugs and other potent substances, and smoke.
11. All visitors are obliged to observe cleanliness and order, take care of the equipment and property of the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE”, equipment. It is forbidden to leave garbage and foreign objects on the territory of the Ice Arena “DiaMond ICE”.
12. On the territory of the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE" it is customary to respect the interests of others, to communicate politely, not to allow obscene expressions and actions that could in any way offend visitors and employees of the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE".
13. It is forbidden to go on the ice in shoes or barefoot. It is forbidden to go out on the floor uncovered with a protective rubber coating in skates. Visitors are required to adhere to generally accepted hygiene standards and use disposable socks and a cap when renting ice skates and a helmet at the Ice Arena.
14. Forgotten valuables (money, documents, mobile phones, jewelry, bank cards, etc.) are stored in the security service of the Diamond City shopping center for 3 (three) working days and can be returned to the owner at the reception desk upon presentation of evidence on the right of ownership of the forgotten thing. 4. It is strictly forbidden to be on the territory of the Ice Arena "DiaMond ICE" of persons who are in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, under the influence of other potent or medicinal drugs, the use of which limits the ability to control their actions.
5. Ice skating is a difficult coordinating activity that requires a certain physical fitness and state of health.
6. It is forbidden to be on the Ice Arena with chewing gum, liquid, sweets and other things in the mouth and in hands, it is forbidden to be in the ice area with food and drinks.
7. The visitor is aware of all responsibility and assumes all possible risks associated with ice skating.
8. The visitor undertakes to strictly comply with all the rules and recommendations of the employees of the DiaMond ICE Ice Arena.
9. Visitors must be respectful of people riding nearby, and should not perform difficult tricks in close proximity to other people riding.
10. If you are tired or finished skating, leave the ice area. There are special zones along the side of the arena for visitors to relax.
11. Jumping is allowed only for people with professional specialized training.
12. Visitor weight limit - 120 kg.
13. Children aged 9 to 16 are allowed to stay unaccompanied by adults with written permission from their parents or accompanied by an instructor or coach.
14. The parent or accompanying person is fully responsible for the safety of a minor child at the Ice Arena "DiaMond city".
15. It is forbidden to instruct and give recommendations on the subject of classes to other visitors of the Ice Arena.
16. It is forbidden to run on the ice, play catch-up and other dangerous games on the ice.
17. It is forbidden to push other visitors.
18. In the event of an emergency (emergency situation), strictly follow the commands of the personnel for evacuation according to the evacuation plan.
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP TRAININGS:
1. During the lesson, the instructor works with the student or group. It creates the safest and most comfortable conditions for the student to master new elements and techniques. The instructor gives exercises and tasks feasible for the student in order to reduce the possible risk of injury.
2. Before training, the student must independently, or with the help of an instructor, perform a warm-up, and after training - a hitch.
3. The student must warn the instructor about the contraindications associated with ice skating.
4. The student is obliged to strictly follow the remarks and recommendations of the instructor, unauthorized actions are not allowed without the knowledge of the instructor.
5. The instructor focuses on the student's well-being and takes into account all the student's comments regarding his condition (dizziness, fatigue, fear, etc.).
6. In some cases, the instructor can adjust the training time (up or down).
